Emergency Response Contract

By signing the Contract the customer is appointing Misfuel Solutions to start work immediately and supply the services at the agreed contract price.

Payment & Charges

The customer will pay the agreed price in the contract for the provision of services. The contract price will be paid by cash, debit or credit card, prior to completion of the services, cheques will not be accepted. Vat [if applicable] is included in the contract price at the applicable rate.

Deposit

A deposit may be required before driver dispatch; the deposit will be treated as partial payment of agreed contract price. The deposit is non-refundable in the event of customer cancellation once the technician has been dispatched.

Cancellation

Notice of right to cancel will be provided to customers where required. [e.g. non-emergency response booking pre booked for a week ahead]

Complaints

Should a customer wish to complain they may write to the company registered address or email [preferred].  Your complaint will be acknowledged and a course of action offered within 28 days.
